The Learning Commons is closed and I have a Canvas question. What do I do?

  1. There is a 24 hour help chat available within Canvas. Click the ? in the lower left of your dashboard.
  2. If this does not resolve your issue, contact your instructor with details about the Canvas issue and they will escalate the issue.
  3. If your instructor is unavailable, email the Help Desk at helpdesk@unity.edu.
